Key Difference: Lipstick and Lip color is basically one and the same thing with different names. Lipstick is essentially used from older times as a lip protection for color and texture on lips, whereas, lip color is being used by many women instead of lipstick.

Lipstick and lip color are one and the same thing, but the main difference between both the terms is that lipstick is manufactured in a solid form, whereas lip color is more of a tube color. Lipstick is a term, which is widely used from older time, whereas in spite of lipstick, lip color is currently heard from many women.
