Key difference: Cute and Adorable are basically synonyms of each other used to express the charm. These are emotional words which are used to applaud and cherish some one. Cute highlights the prettiness, whereas adorable highlights the delightfulness.

Cute is basically a pleasant word, full of cherishment which is used to express and praise someone who is attractive, beautiful and sweet. This word makes someone feel happy and pleasant. This is used to specify someone's feature, nature, habit and many more. When a person basically feels that, the thing is different and appreciable from other things, then they praise them with this word.

Adorable is a word basically used to cherish the affection, innocence and delightfulness. This word is used to reflect the extreme charm and difference of a person. It expresses the delightfulness without any intention or motive. It can relate to any sense which would be really appreciable and acceptable. This is a more suppressive word.

Adorable is the word used to describe very pleasant beauty without any cleverness or artificial delightfulness. This is concerned with the real affections and feelings related to the actual quality which anyone possesses.
