Difference between Apple iPad and Samsung Galaxy Tab

Key Difference: Apple iPad is a tablet produced by Apple Inc. Samsung Galaxy Tab is also a tablet computer by Samsung Electronics. The iPad 4 has iOS 6.1.3 operating system; whereas, Galaxy Tab 3 has Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 operating system.

The first iPad was released on April 3, 2010. The most recent iPad models are the fourth generation iPad and iPad Mini, were released on November 2, 2012. Apple has all iPads with a screen size of 9.7 inches, except for iPad Mini.
