QHD is also known as WQHD sometimes, as it is presented in a widescreen shape of 1440p. Like any other HD viewing experience, a QHD enabled screen promises superior quality, and perhaps more, given that it is derived by performing 4x full HD screen. QHD is mainly used in big screen gadgets and devices such as a television, LCD screens, monitors, large graphic displays, etc. Usually, QHD is a rarity in handheld devices such as phones, tablets and phablets, but more and more companies manufacturing these gadgets have realized the value and demand of QHD, and have opted for the inclusion of QHD in their makes.
